Who are we?
We are Firefly. A young, fast-growing organization with the goal of making the world more sustainable. We do this by letting our LED lighting shine in as many places as possible. We make it as easy and attractive as possible for entrepreneurs, healthcare institutions, homeowners' associations and sports clubs to switch to LED lighting. We have everything in-house; a permanent team, our own products and all installation materials. We have a unique concept for every industry with which we take care of the switch to LED, without investment. We also develop our own smart solutions. In addition to our business solutions, we have a webshop with LED lighting for private individuals. Our light now shines in more than 500 locations throughout the country and our webshop gets a 9.6!

Who are we looking for?
Due to our rapid growth, our team is regularly expanding. We are currently looking for a Tender Manager.
We regularly participate in tenders and have won and delivered several. It mainly concerns (very) large projects at well-known, renowned organizations.

The preparations require a lot of precision and expertise. We are looking for someone who gets energy from working accurately, who researches everything down to the last detail and has a great sense of responsibility. You can perform well under pressure and are flexible. You are responsible for the entire tender process.

What are your duties?

• You keep a close eye on all publications;
• You ensure that the entire tender process is completed within the set timeframe;
• You always know how to find the right people who are required for the tender process;
• You work closely with management and any external partners regarding tenders;
• You keep a close eye on developments in the market;
• You consult and manage the budget together with management;
• You attend any inspections and appointments;
• You have close contact with the Planning, Purchasing & Assembly;
• Other related tasks.

What do you have?

• You have successfully completed a relevant HBO education;
• You have at least four years of experience in the field of tenders and know the market inside and out;
• You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
• You have an affinity or experience with sustainability and technology;
• You are flexible;
• You have a considerable amount of independence and take initiative.
