Who are we?
We are Firefly. A young, fast-growing organization with the goal of making the world more sustainable. We do this by shining our LED lighting in as many places as possible. We make it as easy and attractive as possible for entrepreneurs, healthcare institutions, homeowners' associations and sports clubs to switch to LED lighting. We have everything in-house; a permanent team, our own products and all installation materials. We have a unique concept for every sector with which we take care of the switch to LED, without investment. We also develop our own smart solutions. In addition to our business solutions, we have a webshop with LED lighting for private individuals. Our light now shines in more than 500 locations throughout the country and our webshop has been given a 9.6!

Who are we looking for?
We install LED lighting in the most diverse locations. Our eight installation teams are managed by our Executor. Due to our rapid growth, these teams are expanding rapidly and that is why we are looking for an Assistant Executor.

In this challenging role, you will become the Executor's right-hand man.

Together, you will manage the installation teams and assist our Executor. You will ensure that the installations are realised as quickly and efficiently as possible and, if necessary, provide technical assistance to the fitters. Recordings and deliveries are common activities.

What are your duties?

• You jointly manage the assembly teams;
• You assist the Executor with various different tasks;
• You plan and check working and travel hours;
• You document and create assembly documents;
• You take minutes at toolbox meetings;
• You ensure that work is carried out safely;
• You support, report to and work closely with the departments of Purchasing, Planning & Administration;
• You are prepared to help out if necessary and, for example, install LED lighting at customers' premises;
• What do you have?

• You have at least MBO3 work & level of thinking and a technical education completed;
• You have at least one year of experience in a similar position;
• You have an affinity with sustainability and are a true professional;
• You are accurate, flexible, have strong communication skills, are committed, reliable and decisive;
• You are representative and ambitious;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
