Who are we?

We are Firefly. A young, fast-growing organization with the goal of making the world more sustainable. We do this by letting our LED lighting shine in as many places as possible. We make it as easy and attractive as possible for entrepreneurs, homeowners' associations and sports clubs to switch to LED lighting. With our unique concept, we provide the switch without investment. Our light now shines throughout the country!

Who are we looking for?

Due to our rapid growth, our team regularly expands with new colleagues. We are currently looking for an ambitious full-time Sales Employee to strengthen our team. Do you not shy away from a challenge and do you do everything you can to get that one good deal? Do you have the capabilities to take our sales to an even higher level? Then we are looking for you!

You will work in a motivated, young team. Our employees go that extra mile for our customers. It is important that you take initiative and have a great sense of responsibility. We expect you to go out on your own after a short training period at the office, where you will learn everything about our company, and to really become part of our organization.
It is important that you are flexible, motivated and eager to learn in order to keep up with our rapid growth.

Calling and visiting leads, independently drawing up quotes and conducting sales talks is your mission. We believe it is important that hard work is rewarded, which is why we have an interesting bonus structure. In addition to hard work, there is also plenty of room for fun.
