With the WoonLED lighting concept, that is a thing of the past. You save up to 90% on your energy bill without investment and you have the latest lighting. For a fixed amount of € 1.20 per lamp per month, we replace all lamps with energy-efficient LED lamps. In addition, we provide maintenance throughout the entire agreement. Motion sensor for savings
To create an optimal and sustainable lighting environment, the lamp can be expanded with a sensor. For only €1.70 per lamp per month, you have a smart lamp with a sensor that measures the light intensity of the room and movement, so that the lamp will not burn unnecessarily (brightly).
As soon as it gets dark, the lamp switches on automatically and will burn at only 20% of its regular power for optimal energy saving. Only when movement is detected does the lamp burn fully, after which it switches back to 20% after a short period of inactivity.
Emergency lighting
Emergency lighting has also been considered, for €2.20 per lamp per month you have a lamp with a built-in battery so that the lamp will also burn in the event of a power failure. This also creates a safe lighting situation during an emergency.

The smart luminaire
Daylight sensor
The lamp has a special sensor that measures the light intensity of the room. This function switches the lamp off during the day and makes the LED lamp extremely energy-efficient and cost-saving.
The lamp is completely resistant to dust and is also water-resistant, making the lamp very suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. In addition, the lamp has IP67 certification.
Outdated and defective lighting
Many medium- or high-rise flats are equipped with outdated TL or PL fixtures and lamps. These are characterized by a short lifespan and often have a limited light output. The maintenance costs are high, because the lamps have to be replaced every few years. This also includes call-out charges and equipment costs (think of complaint processing, invoicing & handling). A recognizable problem for many landlords and managers of flats and residential buildings that no longer needs to exist.
